In addition to our core team of permanent consultants and specialists, we enjoy working with independent interim / freelance professionals.
We distinguish two flavors: Associate Partners and Freelance Professionals.
Associate Partners can recruit projects themselves, or be deployed on projects at clients of Dogfight Digital. In doing so, the Associate Partner can make use of additional expertise and capacity from our agency. These are mainly longer interim or consultancy roles.
Freelance Professionals can be deployed as temporary additional expertise in the event that we are “fully booked” ourselves, do not have a certain specialism in-house, or need to speed up (even more) for a client. You can think of copywriters, animators, creators, editors, designers, developers, etc. These are mainly shorter assignments (although we cannot promise that).
Benefits for both Associate Partners and Freelance Professionals include:
- you are part of a digital agency instead of the umpteenth contractor; our brand can benefit you when recruiting new assignments.
- you have the opportunity to upsell digital marketing services with existing and new clients, with interesting earning opportunities.
Additional support is possible for Associate Partners (e.g. sales support such as contracts and invoicing, project support). Initially, we do not express firm expectations back and forth. No other investment than your commitment and energy. If you don’t like it anymore, or if there is not enough common ground for cooperation anymore, we just call it a day.
Our set-up is fairly straightforward: you are and will remain self-employed, we conclude an agreement for specific projects to guarantee your independence, and you remain responsible for outstanding execution (and a satisfied customer). Of course, we support you where possible.
